Balconies

• We have been exporting to Germany since 2004 and we continue. You will see many projects in the city of Munich below.

Construction of metal balconies in a variety of ways and for a variety of reasons.

Three of the main reasons are:

1. The construction of a balcony in an existing building which has an old-style balcony which is quite small and the owner wants to extend it lengthwise and widthwise. So there we build the metal exterior and connect it to the existing one as shown in some of the photos below.

2. Construction of a balcony in an existing building where there was no balcony and the owner wants to build one there. In this case, a statically independent construction is made at the reference point with an independent foundation as usual.

3. Construction of a balcony in a newly built building. The reason for building a metal balcony in a newly built building is one. The insulation. The building is constructed without cantilevers (which are thermal bridges and carry temperature variables inside the building) they insulate it completely, and then comes the metal exterior with a thermal break, either with columns if required or without as a cantilever and creates the balcony of the building.
